Responsibilities
- Manage of team of 10 full-time Diesel Mechanics.
-Develop and implement fleet management strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, ensuring they are in compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods or services
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of fleet management software systems
