We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Associate to join the Flight House Gym team. At Flight House, we believe in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all our members. You will be the first point of contact for our members and prospective members, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet members with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Assist in checking-in members efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Handle member complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer systems for reservations and guest information management
