Job Description Work independently without constant observation; yet work well with others as part of a team

Work in accordance with established procedures and performance standards

Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Regulations

Assist customers with carry-on items

Respond and provide leadership during an emergency, including aircraft evacuation and unusual situations

Respond to customer medical situations and administer first aid to ill or incapacitated customers

Minimum Requirements :

Job Requirements :

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid Drivers License required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must Possess and maintain a valid United States passport or foreign passport with applicable visas
• Must be able to work any shift in a 24-hour period, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. repeatedly
• Must be able to meet Saab 340 B Series cabin height exterior door requirements
• Must possess good service orientation and a caring and nurturing disposition
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Must be able to handle pressure in stressful situations
• Must be able to perform basic math skills as well as read, write and fluently speak and understand the English language
• Must successfully complete a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) required ten-year work history review, fingerprinting and criminal background check
• Must be able to comprehend and retain information pertinent to the position
• Must be able to accept personal responsibility for resolving concerns and possess a strong work ethic
• Must be willing to work "reserve" status for a long duration
• Previous airline experienced preferred
• College degree preferred
