1.0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThis position is responsible for evaluating students in accordance with AeroGuard Standard Operating Procedures and FAA Practical Test Standards. Responsibilities include:
- Provide detailed debriefings to instructors, team leaders, class managers or other employees involved in the students’ training process.
- Provide guidance to instructors regarding improvements to students’ training progress.
- Supports and participates in the organization’s Continual Improvement Program to comply with ISO 9001:2015 requirements by adhering to processes and procedures.
2.0 REQUIREMENTS2.1 EDUCATION- CFII and MEI FAA ratings required.
2.2 EXPERIENCE- Previous examination experience required.
- Previous Part 141 FSDO approval preferred.
2.3 SKILLS AND ABILITIES- Must be willing to hold all students to AeroGuard FTC Standard Operating Procedures regardless of personal feelings for those SOPs.
2.4 KNOWLEDGE- In depth knowledge of FAA ACS required.
2.5 EQUIPMENT/MACHINERY USED- General office equipment, simulators, aircraft.
3.0 PHYSICAL AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS- Frequent exposure to aircraft, simulators and equipment.
- May require prolonged periods of sitting or standing and computer use.
4.0 OTHERS- Extreme attention to detail.
- Self-starter, does not wait for others to provide work, finds ways to keep busy or help others.
- Works with minimal supervision.
- Innovative/creative, finds faster ways to do things to save time to the organization and the client.
- Flexible/adaptable to fast-changing pace and instructions according to client priorities.
