    PURPOSE OF POSITION:
    The Technology Division is accepting applications for consideration toward employment as part-time Flight Simulator Trainers.  These employees supplement classroom training by conducting simulator flight training on single-engine and multi-engine general aviation aircraft.  For specifics, applicants should visit the Aviation department page for more information. http://www.greenriver.edu/programs/az/info/aviation_technology.shtm

    The successful candidate will use simulator lessons to reinforce classroom material learned in private pilot, instrument, and commercial ground school courses.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • Possess a current Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) license
    • Current bi-annual flight review
    • Demonstrated experience working with staff and students from diverse racial, ethnic and socioeconomic background
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Possess a current Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII) license
    • At least 100 hours of pilot instruction as a CFI
