GEM Technologies, Inc. (GEM) is seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team at the Los Alamos National Laboratory in Los Alamos, NM, which provides integral mission support to the NNSA. This position is full-time and will serve the Los Alamos National Laboratory in Los Alamos, NM. 

Requirements:



• High School Diploma and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook experience.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills.
• To be considered, you must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance, if needed.
• Due to the nature of the work, a U.S. Citizenship is required.

Clearance Level Required:
Uncleared - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Clearance

Overview:

• Provides training coordination and support services to a large and varied customer base.
• Course registration, proctoring, training materials production, records management, classroom and facility management, course coordination, training status reporting and training plan management.
• Provides resolutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of multiple factors.
• Contributes to the development of the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Works under limited direction.
• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Determines approach to solutions, plan schedule and arrange own activities in accomplishing objectives.
• An experienced professional with a full understanding of specialized area plus working knowledge of other related fields.
