This position will be required to float to various locations

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education, skills, and experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• No previous experience required. Adapt to changing work situations, while maintaining efficiency.


• Remain functional in situations of stress.


•  

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:　

• Lift mop bucket filled with solution, weighing up to 50 lbs.


• Sweep and mop tile floors – vacuum carpet.


• Clean and disinfect: Restroom, patient rooms, exam rooms, wall surfaces, windows, floors, and stairwells.


• Remove trash and linen from facility.


• Follow all FHCP and Departmental Safety Policies and Procedures.


• Takes an active involvement in Performance Improvement.


• Identifies, intervenes, documents, and reports risk management issues.


• Adheres to company safety and hazardous materials policies.　

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:

• Move furniture, weighing up to 50 lbs. (i.e. desks, etc.)


• Performs other job related duties as directed by the supervisor/manager/director.
