Floor Assembly Supervisor supervises a manufacturing production line that assembles fabricated parts. Creates daily work schedules, follows standard manufacturing procedures, and monitors work to meet product specifications and production targets. Being an Floor Assembly Supervisor resolves production problems and answers workers' questions about processes, methods, or equipment. Delivers training for new processes or equipment and onboard new employees. Additionally, Floor Assembly Supervisor conducts quality testing on completed assemblies to validate tolerances and product specifications. Reviews daily assembly production records to identify trends or potential performance issues. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Position purposeTo provide direction and oversight in order to ensure a courteous, accurate, and efficient Table Games experience for guests on assigned shift.Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
- Ensure all department team members follow departmental Guest Service Standards.
- Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
- Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
- Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
- Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
- Maintain strict privileged, proprietary, guest, and employer confidentiality during and beyond the term of my employment.
- Adhere to all work rules, policies & procedures, and safety standards.
- Enforce table games and casino policies and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of all games offered in the Table Games department.
- Monitor games to ensure house rules are followed by guests and dealers.
- Monitor games for potential dealer errors.
- Coach and train dealers on proper policy and procedures.
- Monitor and report player win/loss.
- Order fills/credits as needed and in a timely manner.
- Become familiar with signs of cheats and observe patrons for telling behaviors. Prepare paperwork for monetary transactions.
- Tactfully resolve guest complaints and render impartial decisions.
- Follow all Departmental reporting and notification guidelines.
- Encourage a positive atmosphere among guests and employees.
- Instruct patrons on the rules of the games. Exchange paper currency for playing chips.
- Ensure that all players have placed bets before play begins.
- Communicate guest or employee complaints to the Director.
- Inspect cards and equipment periodically to ensure that they are in good condition. Report broken or malfunctioning equipment Pit Supervisor or above.
- Ensure compliance with Title 31 record keeping policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of all casino events and promotions.
- Obtain and maintain a gaming license.
- Ensure compliance with tip reporting procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
RequirementsQualifications- Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year minimum previous blackjack dealing experience.
- Must be at least 18.
- Requires strong math skills.
- Requires Gaming License
Work Requirements- Requires problem solving skills, strong math skills, ability to communicate effectively.
- Position involves prolonged standing or walking, stooping or bending, lifting, or carrying up to 30 pounds on a daily basis.
- Work is performed in a casino environment with varying levels of lighting, air quality, noise, and / or temperature.
