Job Overview:
Century 21 Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and experienced Broker in Charge and Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and grow our team of real estate agents. This pivotal role combines traditional brokerage responsibilities with a strong emphasis on recruiting, training, and retaining agents. The successful candidate will be responsible for not only ensuring compliance and providing guidance when issues arise but also for driving the growth of our agent base. Must hold BIC Designation. Key Responsibilities:
1. Agent Recruitment (50 Agents in 1 Year):
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract high-performing and motivated real estate agents.
- Actively seek and network with potential agents through various channels, including social media, industry events, and referrals.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates and nurture relationships with them.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make informed decisions regarding their fit for the team.
- Attend all HPRAR monthly events and network with agents and join our agents
-Plan and coordinate quarterly outings with the company
- Plan and manage the annual awards banquet.
2. Agent Training and Development:
- Design and oversee a robust training program for both new and existing agents, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
- Provide one-on-one coaching, mentoring, and support to agents, addressing their individual needs and helping them achieve their goals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the training curriculum.
- Must communicate with agents every week on goals, check-ins, congratulations and stay informed with their business.
-Accountability on every lead with the agents
- All sales meetings and trainings to be on zoom/video and uploaded to library
3. Agent Retention and Motivation:
- Create and implement strategies to boost agent morale, engagement, and retention.
- Identify and address any concerns or challenges faced by agents, offering solutions and support.
- Recognize and reward top-performing agents to maintain a positive and motivated team.

4. Broker in Charge Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all state and local real estate laws and regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving any legal or compliance issues that may arise.
- Oversee transactions and contracts, providing guidance to agents and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee all contracts and skyslope files for compliance
- Hold biweekly sales meetings and keep everyone engaged, coordinate guest
-Manage and update company website
- Making sure all agents are training and up to date on all Century 21 tools and technology.
-Manage all IDX and information with Triad, Triangle MLS and make sure we are compliant.
-Oversee and manage all errors and omission complaints with NCREC and E & O Company
5. Team Building and Leadership:
- Build a strong and cohesive team by fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and professionalism.
- Lead by example, demonstrating high ethical standards and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to agents.
-Be prepared for a weekly meeting with Kim to review sales, goals, discuss situations, plans for upcoming sales meetings.

**Qualifications:**
- Active Real Estate Broker license in North Carolina.
- Proven track record of success as a Real Estate Broker or Sales Manager.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of agents.
- Experience in recruiting and onboarding real estate agents.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
- Proficiency in real estate software and tools.
Compensation:
- The compensation package for this position will be based on performance and will include a base salary along with performance-based bonuses and incentives. A significant portion of the compensation will be tied to the successful recruitment, training, and retention of agents.
3% 401-K Contribution-You may match up to 3% as well.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 with 30 min lunch (Be available on Sat & Sun to answer questions)
Salary-will be discussed in person
1 week Paid Vacation after 180 days
Year 2-2 weeks paid vacation
3 Paid Holidays of your choice
Bonus and Incentives: (within 12-month period)
$250 on first closing for recruit
$250 on third closing for recruit
$500 when the agent caps
