Our client, a luxury fragrance/ beauty brand, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join their team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting on a temp-to-perm basis, fulltime hours.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all clients and welcome them to the store
• Stay informed about our product range and brand history
• Introduce clients to the best products for their needs
• Cross-sell and up-sell by explaining the benefits and functions of the products
• Manage the POS register and solve returns / exchanges
• Work with Microsoft Dynamics Nav and the Shopify platforms
• Assist in keeping a clean, organized and well-stocked floor
• Achieve all KPIs and CRM goals
• Support customer service with web order allocation and replying to customer service emails
• Follow all shop policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
• Maintain a neat, clean and professional appearance and follow the brand's uniform dress code
• Assist in the maintenance of visual standards within the guidelines from corporate Visual Merchandising and Management.
• Be a positive role model, representing the brand appropriately 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in luxury sales/customer service, preferably within beauty or fragrance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Foreign language skills are an advantage
• Ability and willingness to lift boxes / weight up to 20 lbs
