Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Broker to join our team. As a Broker, you will be responsible for overseeing Real Estate transactions and any transaction issues that may arise Your expertise in real estate law and administrative tasks will be crucial in ensuring smooth transactions and providing exceptional customer service.

Hours:

- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

- Must be available after hours and on weekends for Agents in need of assistance or advice with transactions or clients.

- Paid holidays off

Responsibilities:
- Mediation
- Liable for all Licenses within the Office
- Teaching classes to the Brokerage and educating our Agents on best practices
- Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations, including Fair Housing regulations
- Provide guidance and advice to Agents regarding property transactions
- Maintain accurate records of property listings, transactions, and client interactions

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Excellent negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for our Agents and clients
- Knowledge of real estate law and administrative procedures
- Knowledgeable about Nevada contracts and paperwork

- Knowledgeable about Nevada Real Estate Division and NNRMLS paperwork and policies
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- Proficient in using real estate software and tools for property listings and market analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

-Must have active valid Broker Real Estate License in Nevada

- Must be a member of SNR, and willing to be a secondary member of IVR, and others as needed, if not already

-Responsible for monthly payments and upkeep of MLS dues and licensing dues

- On personal real estate transactions - 100% commission is given (less royalty fees)
