Floor Operations Manager oversees the execution of securities orders on the floor of the exchange. Researches and resolves problems that occur during the trading process. Being a Floor Operations Manager monitors business volume and ensures timely processing of orders. May be responsible for the profitability of the floor brokers. Additionally, Floor Operations Manager requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a top management. The Floor Operations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Floor Operations Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     We are looking for outstanding individuals who bring:
    • Experience in high-end complex project management, whether from a full-time position, an internship, or a student job;
    • Excellent communication skills and a high amount of emotional intelligence;
    • A high degree of self-organization;
    • A proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to prioritize their own workload;
    • Exceptional attention to detail;  
    • The energy to drive projects forward and the will and maturity to take over responsibility;
    • The ability to work effectively in a team environment;
    • Advanced skills in MS Office or similar Google Products, as well as project management software like Asana;
    • A university degree in any field.

    Location and travel:

    Ideally, you will be based in Berlin, Munich, London, or Zurich. Traveling to different QuantCo offices regularly will be part of your job.
