```Duties```
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit the designated area
- Prepare the subfloor by removing existing flooring, repairing any damage, and ensuring a smooth surface
- Install flooring materials such as carpet, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, or tile
- Use power tools and hand tools to secure flooring materials in place
- Follow blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation
- Apply caulk or adhesive as needed to ensure proper sealing
- Restore or repair damaged flooring as necessary
- Buff and polish finished floors to achieve a clean and professional appearance
- Install fixtures such as baseboards or trim to complete the flooring installation

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Previous experience as a Flooring Installer or similar role
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for flooring installation
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
- Familiarity with different types of flooring materials and their installation techniques
- Ability to accurately measure and cut flooring materials to fit the designated area
- Experience with caulking, restoring, buffing, and fixture installation
