We are seeking a creative and passionate Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, an understanding of floral arrangements, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall presentation of the floral department.

Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday occasions.
• Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs.
• Maintain inventory by stocking flowers and supplies as needed.
• Ensure all floral displays are visually appealing and well-organized.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their preferences and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on floral trends and techniques to continually improve design skills.

Experience

• Previous experience in floral design or a related field is preferred
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a clean workspace.
• Retail sales experience is a plus, with the ability to sell products effectively.
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse customers.
• Knowledge of lawn care can be beneficial in understanding plant care requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in English to interact with customers and team members.
