Floral Designer jobs in Minot, ND

Looking to add someone to our fabulous team! Duties include, but not limited to flower processing, customer service, answering the phone and helping customers, garbage/bucket cleaning, plant caretaker, and so much more! Must have a valid license and clean driving record. Must be able to lift some heavy items on occasion, up to 50 lbs. Looking for a reliable individual that is punctual and can work in a fast-paced environment. Opportunity for overtime and must work and be available for more hours during the holidays. Must be able to work some Saturdays unless you want to work all of them from 8:30-1:00 (sometimes longer during holiday season). Full time employees eligible for health, dental and vision insurance, and paid vacation after 1 year of employment! Must be outgoing, hardworking, able to multitask, personable and love flowers!

Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with experience in POS, retail sales, and cash register operations a plus
- Strong communication skills

-Experience with answering the phone, handling cash/credit sales

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $26.31 per hour
