What does a Restaurant Supervisor do?

• Consistently demonstrates outstanding guest service skills and always identifies repeat guests.
• Maintains professional rapport and confidentiality in communicating with other departments as required by procedure (i.

e. IT, Gaming Commission, Security, Credit, Surveillance, Games, Nation Police, Payroll, HR and Marketing).

Takes responsibility for ensuring that employees are trained / developed in F&B Operations and monitors business flow to develop efficient training, break and shift schedules.

To be successful as a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll need :

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required. College degree or some level of secondary education preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Must possess computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Accommodate a flexible work schedule.
