Founded in 1899, Country Club of Decatur is a private, member-owned club, providing exceptional family-oriented recreational and social facilities and activities.

The Club’s sole purpose is to ensure the optimum enjoyment of its members and guests with a goal to be the premier family-oriented club in Decatur, Illinois.

The Club is fortunate to have a knowledgeable and professional senior staff which includes a number of tenured and newer team members, all of whom have a collaborative style and are supportive of one another, sharing the goal of exceeding member expectations.

Duties :

• Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of customers.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies.
• Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service.
• Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as needed to meet budget goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate food service for special events or functions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in food service management, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $65,028.00 - $71,166.00 per year
