Job Responsibilities

• Manage and lead Hospitality Managers and the food and beverage staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

• Proven experience in food and beverage management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field (preferred).
