Food and Beverage Shift Manager - Casino jobs in Lake Havasu City, AZ

Ensure quality of service, as well as overall food and beverage product and presentation. Manage fast food outlet, cafe, cars in a casino setting ensuring proper staffing and training.. Establish and insure service standards are being followed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years previous food and beverage supervisory experience required.
• Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.
• Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to work well with subordinates, coworkers and work as a team.
• Present a well groomed appearance and be at least twenty-one years of age.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop and implement effective work schedule for optimum service
• Assign appropriate duties to subordinates.
• Assist with ordering supplies.
• Assist with performing physical inventory.
• Manage all aspects of the beverage department.
• Manage all aspects of the restaurants.
• Makes suggestions and changes to expedite service, increase overall check averages, and decrease cost where applicable.
• Oversee compliance with all Clark County Health Department regulations.
• Coach, counsel and praise Team Members as deemed appropriate.
• Train and develop staff .
• Provide courteous service and be cordial to all internal and external guests.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
