Specific responsibilities may include:

• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing
• Oversee and coach
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular
• Check production output according to
• Submit reports on performance and
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company
• Support and participate in the organization’s Continual Improvement Program to conform to API Q1/ISO 9001:2015 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy and procedures and meeting QMS objectives.
• Understand the implications of not conforming to QMS
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Training

• High school
• Degree in a technical, engineering, or relevant field will be preferred

Experience

• Extensive experience in the manufacturing sector required
• Injection Mold experience required
• Machining experience preferred
• Experience working in an API Q1/ISO 9001 environment a plus
