Captain of Clean—Sanitor

Oh Snap! Pickling Co. Little Chute, WI

Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour with a 1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift. 4:00pm to 2:30am (Hours are flexible). 90, 180, and 270 day probationary periods. $2,000 sign on bonus after successful reviews.

You’re someone who cares about order. High standards. Cleanliness. You’re well-versed in cleaning essentials: operations, materials, supplies, and pest control. We’re in need of someone like you—someone who understands the importance of sanitation in food production and has demonstrated the ability to go above and beyond standards to guarantee clean, safe handling practices and equipment.

This position isn’t just about “cleaning,” though—it’s also about keeping up production equipment, documentation, making sure chemicals are properly labeled, stored and used, and adhering to GMP guidelines (just to name a few).

Officially, you’re our “Sanitor,” which means you’ll be a part of the line responsible for ensuring food safety, quality, and production efficiency. We’ll need you to see to it that all sanitation rules and regulations are being followed to the letter so our products remain high-quality and safe. Also in your hands: troubleshooting issues related to sanitation and coming up with innovative solutions to problems.

• You have a high school diploma or GED
• You have training and 1-3 years in a field related to sanitation
• You can pass a pre-employment screening for drugs that could negatively affect job performance
