We are seeking a reliable and organized Food Runner to join our dynamic team at Chute Bros Food Truck located at Cohort Brewery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless food delivery to our guests, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall smooth operation of the kitchen and dining areas. This person will take orders directly from customers at the window as well as deliver orders placed through the QR system set up at each table within the brewery. This is a low-stress, comfortable, family-friendly environment. On top of the base hourly rate you will also earn tips and will be cashed out nightly. **Responsibilities**

- Deliver food orders to guests in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring that orders are accurate and presented in a visually appealing way.

- Maintain a clean and organized environment by clearing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out trash.

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to prepare and serve food.

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience.

- Utilize a Point of Sale (POS) system to manage orders and process payments.

- Communicate effectively with the back-of-house team to coordinate food delivery and manage the flow of orders.

**Requirements**

- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment, as well as stand for long periods.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu items.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Physical stamina to perform the duties of the role.
