Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Freight Associate. As a Freight Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods and inventory within our warehouse. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties: - Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments - Inspect and verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments - Organize and stock inventory in designated areas - Utilize RF scanners to track and locate merchandise - Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, stack, and retrieve items - Assist with inventory control by conducting regular cycle counts - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment - Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: - Previous experience in a warehouse or freight handling role is preferred - Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus - Ability to operate RF scanners and other warehouse technology - Forklift certification is highly desirable - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Basic math skills for inventory control purposes - Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time We offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment. Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Overnight shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
