Food Services Director - Nursing Home jobs in Tampa, FL

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Director of Clinical Services to oversee and manage the clinical operations within our home care agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nurse management, home care, acute care, and possess exceptional leadership skills.

Duties:
- Provide leadership and direction to the clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines
- Oversee patient monitoring and care plans
- Conduct documentation reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Uphold resident rights and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Utilize physiology knowledge to guide clinical decision-making

Experience:
- Licensed RN, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Medical Social Worker
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Proven track record of successful nurse management and leadership
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in home care or assisted living environments
- Familiarity with resident rights and advocacy
- Proficiency in documentation review processes
- Understanding of physiology principles for patient assessment
