Purpose of the Job
This position is responsible for managing Environmental Service Techs and daily workflow. The Supervisor position will assist the Manager in managing all department processes to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in assigned areas of Ridgeviews building(s).
Job Functions
1. Manage daily staff schedules to ensure all runs and shifts are covered.
2. Manage daily run sheets for staff to ensure areas are cleaned and disinfected properly.
3. Monitors daily workloads and adjusts staff as needed.
4. Provides leadership and guidance to staff as needed, completes performance reviews, assists in hiring process, orientation of new employees and process improvement.
5. Proactively identifies and acts upon improvement projects and opportunities through observation, data analysis, engagement with partners, review of external impact factors and best practices, as well as ongoing communication with leadership and staff.
6. Generates and tracks work orders for staff.
7. Varies schedule to meet the needs of the organization.
8. Other duties as assigned.
