Food Services Supervisor jobs in Taunton, MA
Food Services Supervisor supervises the daily operations of the organization's food service function. Maintains food storage level and report when it's low. Being a Food Services Supervisor reviews menus and supervises the handling and preparation. Ensures quality standards for foods are followed. Additionally, Food Services Supervisor maintains cleanliness of working area and the facilities. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Food Services Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Responsibilities

- Basic knowledge of PlC’s and trouble shooting
- Testing and troubleshooting of 110/230/7460 vac electrical systems including moters, starters, VFD’s and PLC’s
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- High School/equivalent; Five years of mechanical and electrical experience in the food industry and some knowledge of USDA and OSHA regulations.
- College degree preferred.
