Join Our Toledo Team as a Home Infusion Nurse: We are looking for compassionate and skilled Home Infusion Nurses to provide expert care to patients in their homes in Toledo. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fulfilling environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
- π Perform IV therapies in home settings, including managing IVIG and other specialized treatments.
- π Regularly assess patient conditions, modifying care plans as needed.
- π Document all treatment activities accurately in EMR, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
- π€ Collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal patient care.
- π§° Maintain and manage infusion equipment, guaranteeing the highest standards of care.
- π Educate patients and their families about infusion therapies and health management.
Qualifications:
- π Active RN license in Ohio.
- π Degree in Nursing with extensive RN experience or IV Certified LVN/LPN experience.
- β€οΈ Current CPR/BLS certification.
- π Availability for local travel in the Toledo area.
- π» Proficiency in using EMR and other healthcare software.
