    Responsible for developing and managing the 3-12 Month Sales plan for the company’s BU. Analyze forecast, supply, and marketing data to provide sales and BU leadership a 3-12 month view of the Sales Plan. Interact with internal groups to ensure the right support for the segments and evaluate opportunities for additional sales growth. Manage the BU Demand Forecast process for 3-12 month horizon by region, by customer, by segment. Establish and drive actions to achieve revenue goals. Manage and streamline MSR process to optimize forecast changes into 3-12 month Sales Plan. Provide the 0-3 month preliminary Sales Lock using the rolling 3-12 month Forecast. Track Customer Qualifications to the 0-12 Month Sales Plan, highlighting Risks, Opportunities, and suggest push/pull of Sales Plan based off qualification timing. Work with BU Pricing team to manage and track ASPs for future quarters and report impact to Sales Plan. Work with CNBU Business Operations team to ensure supply allocation by Design ID aligns with 3-12 month Sales Plan. Own, manage and drive the quarterly business review (QBR) process for a WW Sales Team. Own, manage and maintain content in the Sales SharePoint.

    Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, Operations Research, Manufacturing Engineering or related field and 2 years of work experience in job offered or 2 years of Forecast Analyst - related experience
