Foreclosure Supervisor supervises personnel in the foreclosure department and ensures documents meet established rules and standards. Oversees the processing of foreclosure forms and analysis and reports on the activities of the group. Being a Foreclosure Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Foreclosure Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes.     Salary Range: $19.00 per hour

     

    Basic Function – Assist in the day-to-day management of a location ensuring that parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines of the specific location, adhering to company policies and procedures, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional image and approach to the business.

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
    • Assists in the management of the day-to-day activities of the assigned location.
    • Assists customers in making payment to fully automated revenue control equipment.
    • Drive company vehicles on location (as needed) to resolve customer or equipment issues.
    • Helps customers with parking services and facilitates the expedient flow of traffic through the facility.
    • Monitor customers in automated exit pay lanes.
    • Directs assistance to customers that have forgotten where they parked their vehicle.
    • Conducts garage and facility audits as required by management.
    • Oversee Cashier teams working at all exit plazas.
    • Counts “bank” of revenue for subordinate cashiers at beginning of shift to ensure starting total is correct.
    • Collects cash and audit paperwork for cashiers at the end of each of their shifts.
    • Quotes rates for parking services.
    • Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of parking, thorough knowledge of the major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area.
    • Resolves customer complaints independently or with the aid of a manager.
    • Answer telephone in a prompt and courteous manner.
    • Maintains cleanliness of facility and picks up trash in the surrounding area.
    • Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and any general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
    • Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.
    • Always presents themselves professionally (neat appearance and in uniform) while at work.
    • Arrives to work on time for scheduled shifts.
    • Substitute for any position, if necessary.
    • Completes any other duties that may be assigned by the Facility Manager.

    Education/Experience - Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; Able to read and interpret written information.

     

    Customer Service – Maintains positive attitude. Responds to requests for service and assistance.

    Judgment - Exhibits sound and accurate judgment.

     

    License Requirement - The individual will only be required to have and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license, with a current address and acceptable driving record, if the individual is expected to be able to drive a company vehicle or drive on company business.
