Support Foreign Disclosure Officers (FDO) with subject matter expertise and functional knowledge to ensure proper dissemination of classified and controlled information. TheFDR will contribute to a team ensuring foreign disclosure policies, techniques and procedures are applied completely, correctly, and accurately.

The Foreign Disclosure Reviewer (FDR) willreview course content IAW AFI 16-201 section 3.7 or as needed when changes occur and coordinate with the USSF Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO) and appropriate agencies to gain approval for NSSI materials to be presented to individuals from other countries. The FDR is responsible for the development, promotion, administration, and management of all phases of the NSSI Foreign Disclosure Program through foreign disclosure procedures, policies and training. The FDR will review finished products for compliance with national release policies, laws, and procedures for disclosure to foreign governments, international organizations and coalition partners. The FDR will develop and maintain a logging system/database to capture and track the production of products for release to foreign entities.

Required Experience:

BASIC EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with FMS Case student programing and tracking in support of DoD Security Assistance programs
• Experience in use of FMS case tracking tools such as: Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) to include SANWeb, Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL), and Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP)
• Assist with categorization of Classified Military Information (CMI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
• Maintain database and metrics using format specified by the customer
• Strong analytical skills, resourceful, and detail oriented with an ability to manage prioritization of own work
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, Power Point
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively individually and in a team environment
• Other duties as assigned

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA or BS degree preferred or relevant work experience
• International Security Cooperation Policy and ITAR compliance experience
• Basic DoD FD understanding and training is preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of National Disclosure Policies and government guidance and direction is preferred
• TS/SCI eligible

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $60,000 to $120,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
