**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, invoicing, receipts, and payments.

**Duties:**

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Perform account reconciliations

- Prepare financial statements and reports

- Conduct bank reconciliations

- Utilize 10-key typing for data entry

- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions

- Perform general ledger accounting tasks

- Implement double-entry bookkeeping principles

- Record journal entries accurately

**Experience:**

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

- Experience with debits and credits

- Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting

- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with integrity

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Familiarity with 10-key typing for efficient data entry

- Previous experience in account reconciliation

- Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
