Salary Range: $15.50/hr - $19.90/hr
Leader Level: Team Leader
Supervises: Site Staff and Volunteers

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Required state and county licensing, FCCPC, and Florida Credential.
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certification within 90 days of employment.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Proven childcare and supervisory/leadership experience.
• Proficiency in office and computer equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse communities.
• High organizational and pressure management skills.
• Physical endurance for active, outdoor engagement.
