Foundation Director directs the execution of the vision, strategic planning, financial management, fundraising, and grantmaking operations that support the overall objectives of a foundation. Defines the goals and tactics for fundraising campaigns and program initiatives. Being a Foundation Director represents the foundation to the public and media to communicate its mission, values, and accomplishments. Maintains positive relationships with foundation stakeholders, including the board of directors, grantees, community leaders, donors, and prospective donors. Additionally, Foundation Director oversees grantmaking operations, including developing grant guidelines, reviewing grant applications, and managing the grant evaluation process. Manages foundation programs and initiatives that align with the foundation's mission and values. Implements systems for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the foundation's grantmaking and programs. Ensures all foundation activities comply with applicable laws, reporting requirements, and regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Foundation Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Pinnacle Home Services, the innovative leader in foundation repair, is currently recruiting a Foundation Repair Foreman. Our Supervisor are highly competent, appreciated, and generously compensated.
Job Summary
The Supervisor oversees the daily construction activities at the worksite and is responsible for the overall progress of the project, as well as the scheduling of workers, and the delivery of equipment and materials. He/she will also work to complete the project within the given timeframe and budget, resolve contract disputes, and arrange any necessary order changes. As the Supervisor, you are responsible for the communication and satisfaction of the homeowner, the job, the financial results, the crew, the equipment, the truck, and the presentation of Pinnacle Home Services and our services. A large part of this position will involve dealing with people and the need to be a champion of ongoing communication, motivation of others, and coordination.
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for specific geographical locations within the day-to-day field production operations, as well as your site’s equipment and crew movement.
You will complete the necessary paperwork for each job, lead the conclusion for complex problems, and coordinate problem-solving for your crew.
Qualifications
You must have previous experience in working with Push Piers, Helical Piers, and / or adjustable jacks.
You must be comfortable working in subareas.
You must have construction experience, preferably a minimum of 4 years.
You must be self-motivated, a team player, and physically capable of handling the workload as well as be able to take and give directions effectively to complete the task at hand.
You must be able to speak in a professional manner to customers, especially when reviewing the job plan and doing a final walk-through.
You must be able to manage all aspects of the job, including the crew.
You must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Compensation: $75,000 - $115,000 per year
