    This role involves leading the accounting team, preparing financial statements, and providing strategic insights to support the organization’s financial health and strategic objectives.



    The first role is responsible for managing and overseeing the organization’s accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective internal controls

    The second role is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial planning and analysis activities of the organization. This role involves developing and implementing financial models, conducting variance analyses, preparing forecasts, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making processe

    ing.Assist in preparing and reviewing tax-related documents, ensuring accurate and timely compliance with tax regulati

    ons.Prepare and oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow stateme

    Required Qualificat

    • ions:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA, CMA prefer
    • red).Over 6 years of experience in progressively responsible accounting roles, with some experience in a supervisory or leadership capa
    • city.In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant financial regulat
    • ions.Understanding of income tax and corporate income tax, VAT and Performs calculations and tax returns related to sales
    • tax.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present it in a clear and concise ma
    • nner.Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP syst
    • ems).Detail-oriented mindset and a high level of accuracy in financial repor
    • ting.Strong attention to detail and accu
    • racy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakehol
