Job Overview:

We are seeking reliable, experienced and motivated Armed and Unarmed Security Officers to join our team. Duties:

- Patrol the premises to identify and prevent potential security threats or suspicious activities.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of the area.
- Conduct regular security checks, including inspecting doors, windows, and gates.
- Respond promptly to security breaches or incidents, taking immediate action to prevent further harm.
- Provide first aid as needed.
- Engage in conflict management and de-escalation techniques to resolve any conflicts that may arise.
- Work closely with law enforcement agencies to report and investigate incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of all security-related incidents and activities.
- Perform loss prevention duties to minimize the risk of theft and other financial losses.

Experience:

- Prior experience in a security role ....3 years( Unarmed ) 5 years-(Armed)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods.
- Familiarity with CCTV surveillance systems and security protocols.
- Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
