```Duties```
- Assist the driver in loading and unloading cargo from the vehicle
- Secure cargo using straps, ropes, or other appropriate methods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and cargo area
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with the driver and other team members to ensure efficient delivery of goods
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with any inquiries or concerns during deliveries
```Requirements```
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
- Experience with flatbed or tow truck operations is preferred
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations on the road
- Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and best practices
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform automotive diagnostics is beneficial
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients
