Fraud Prevention Associate researches and analyzes potential customer fraud cases to identify and prevent future fraud. Reviews and responds to suspected fraudulent service requests and identifies fraudulent transactions using various research methods. Being a Fraud Prevention Associate follows standard procedures to document a loss and prepares a summary and reconciliation. Communicates the status and resolution of the incident to the customer and/or bank. Additionally, Fraud Prevention Associate identifies areas that need increased security procedures or software to protect customer accounts. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fraud Prevention Associate works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Prevention Specialist
will provide youth prevention programming and initiatives to build young people’s resilience and strengthen youth leadership.
This position is responsible for working collaboratively with other AMHC staff who are currently offering school-based youth services, as well as working with the identified community partners to meet program goals and expectations.
