Our growing chiropractic practice is seeking a full-time Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant in St. Petersburg, Florida. The ideal candidate will be friendly, enthusiastic, and have a passion for helping others.
The Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant will be responsible for a multitude of duties including greeting patients, managing patient information, answering phones and scheduling appointments, collecting and posting payments, and other administrative duties. They will also be responsible for administering some patient therapies.
FCC has been family owned and operated for over 42 years, providing chiropractic and wellness care to our local community. We currently have three locations (St. Petersburg, South Tampa, and Clearwater) and plan to add 7 more locations in the Tampa Bay Area over the next 5 years. Our mission is to assist individuals and families in achieving optimal health through routine chiropractic care and other natural means.

Skills/Qualifications:
- Customer service experience (preferred)
- Must be positive and friendly you are the first impression of us!
- Must have excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving, numerical aptitude, and time management skills
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work at any of our Tampa Bay Area locations (if needed)
- Must be able to work 3 full days and 2 half days per week
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and Google Drive, Calendar, and Email
- Must be coachable
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
- Manage medium to high call volume, determine needs, and schedule appointments
- Greet and direct patients to treatment rooms
- Provide an inviting, patient-focused environment
- Pull patient charts and verify recorded information
- Monitor appointment activity to ensure patient flow remains on schedule
- Administer some therapies under doctor direction
- Collect and post payments to appropriate patient accounts
- Communicate with doctors, therapists, and back-office staff to provide pertinent patient information
- Perform administrative duties and create/maintain electronic and paper files and receipts
