Primary Responsibilities and Tasks
Fulfill after-hour on-call duties, including completion of Incident Reports utilizing proper spelling / grammar.Monitor entries and review camera footage and help prevent unauthorized persons from entering building.
Receive applications from prospective residents and explain eligibility requirements. Keep application packets accurate and up to date.
Assist management team with processing applications for occupancy in accordance with HUD and Fair Housing regulations.Process and organize requests for maintenance work orders from residents according to established maintenance policies including utilization of OneSite Facilities software program.
Assist management team with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, filing, answering phones, and mailing.
Provide records and reports as required by supervisor in an accurate and timely fashion.Comply with Silvercrest Operating Procedures Manual and Salvation Army policies.
Represent The Salvation Army in a positive and professional manner by maintaining positive relationships with Silvercrest residents, vendors and TSA staff.
Perform other duties as requested by Supervisor.
