Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about spa services
- Manage appointments and ensure accurate guest information in the system
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs

Qualifications:
- No experience required, in house training
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dog breeds is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
