This Guest Services Representative will assist guests in a timely and courteous manner while providing an outstanding guest experience. Job functions will include:

• Taking, modifying, and canceling guest reservations
• Communicate hotel facilities and services to all guests
• Provide information on the local area and points of interest
• Assisting guests with arrivals and departures.
• Answer the front desk phone
• Respond to guest requests promptly
• Cash handling
• Prepare Reports
• Balance Credit card Receipts

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer Service Experience
• Must be capable of accurately handling money.
• Reading, math, and communication in English required
• Availability to work holidays and weekends as needed is required.
• Adhere to brand and company standards.
