Job Responsibilities include:
· Answer incoming telephone calls, assess caller’s needs, and forward calls to appropriate team members
· Greet clients and visitors professionally, determining the nature and purpose of visit
· Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages and courier deliveries
· Schedule appointments, maintain and update attorney calendars
· Maintain client files, prepare meeting folders, and send information to prospective clients
· Maintain tracking sheets of prospective clients
· Perform other clerical duties, including mailing, scanning and photocopying
The ideal candidate will display:
· Education: High School Diploma (required); Associates Degree or greater (preferred)
· Experience: 1-2 years of relevant administrative, clerical and/or reception experience is preferred)
· Experience with Microsoft Office Applications, specifically MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills
