Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service. Your role will involve assisting guests with check-in and check-out, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate guest records and process payments
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled
- Perform night audit duties as required
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and Lobby area

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Knowledge of guest relations principles and practices
