We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front End Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and efficient store operations. As the Front End Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers while maintaining operational excellence at the front end of the store.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations at the front end, ensuring smooth and efficient checkout processes.
- Manage 12 product and service sets and two window displays.
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, product display management, run drawings, manage memberships, and the ARC library.
- Monitor inventory levels at the front end and coordinate with management to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their shopping experience.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.

Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing and reporting.
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail in managing scheduling.
- Ability to work with window displays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of market trends within the literary industry is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
