As the Assistant Front Office Manager, you support the image and culture for the guest experience. You help coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional service. In addition, your role will contribute to exceeding Hilton's guest service scores and ensure that the department impacts overall profitability.

What will you be doing?

• Supervise front desk and bell staff
• Greet guests and check them in and out
• Deal with guest complaints and dissatisfaction
• provide directions and answer guest questions
• Other duties as assigned

What do you bring to the role?

• Previous front desk experience required
• Strong communication skills
• Supervisory and organizational skills
