• Tracking and analysis of daily KPI’s
• Maintain positive culture and accountability
• Proven leadership with effective employee growth and retention
• Expedite & maximize clinical and administration same days services
• High proficiency in time management
• High volume in/outbound calls
• Patient-centric customer service care
• Day to day operations
