    Notre client recherche un.e Analyste Fonctionnel.le pour renforcer son quipe. La personne retenue jouera un rle cl dans l'quipe en collaborant troitement avec les parties prenantes mtier et techniques. Votre mission sera d'analyser les besoins des utilisateurs et de traduire ces exigences en spcifications fonctionnelles claires et dtailles. Vous serez responsable de garantir que nos solutions informatiques rpondent efficacement aux attentes mtier.

    Responsabilits :

    • Analyse des besoins : Participer la dfinition des fonctions, services ou lments techniques requis : valuer les besoins des utilisateurs en travaillant en troite collaboration avec la matrise d'ouvrage et les quipes techniques.
    • Proposition de solutions : Concevoir des solutions adaptes aux besoins identifis, en tenant compte des contraintes techniques et budgtaires.
    • Rdaction de spcifications fonctionnelles : Crer des documents dtaills qui serviront de guide pour le dveloppement des fonctionnalits.
    • Suivi fonctionnel et assistance utilisateur : Assurer le suivi des applications en production, rsoudre les problmes fonctionnels et fournir une assistance aux utilisateurs.
    • Tests et validation : Tests et validation :Participer aux tests fonctionnels pour vrifier que les solutions rpondent aux spcifications et valider les livrables avant leur dploiement.

    Profil recherch :

    Baccalaurat en technologies de l'information ou quivalent

    Matrise des techniques et mthodologies lies l'analyse fonctionnelle

    Trs bonne connaissance de la langue franaise et anglaise, tant l'oral qu' l'crit

    Connaissance de l'industrie de l'assurance et des services financiers (atout)

    SQL, .net, Azure DevOps, DevOps, Agile, Scrum

    Job Description:

    As a functional analyst, you will play a key role in the team by closely collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams. Your mission will be to analyze user needs and translate these requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications. You will be responsible for ensuring that IT solutions effectively meet business expectations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Needs Analysis: Participate in defining functions, services, or technical elements: evaluate user needs by working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. Collaborate with project management and technical teams to identify essential requirements.
    • Solution Proposals: Design solutions tailored to identified needs, considering technical and budget constraints.
    • Functional Specifications Writing: Create detailed documents that will serve as a guide for feature development.
    • Functional Monitoring and User Support: Monitor production applications, resolve functional issues, and provide user assistance.
    • Testing and Validation: Participate in functional testing to verify that solutions meet specifications and validate deliverables before deployment.

    Profile:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
    • Proficiency in functional analysis techniques and methodologies.
    • Excellent command of both spoken and written French and English.
