A Day in the Life as a Holistic Healthcare ProviderImagine starting your day with a patient consultation, where you dive deep into understanding their health history and lifestyle. As the day progresses, you develop personalized treatment plans—combining functional medicine, dietary adjustments, and natural therapies to address the root cause of their symptoms. You’ll collaborate with a supportive team of like-minded professionals and witness patients thriving through a mix of traditional and alternative therapies. Whether it’s hormone balancing, IV therapy, or guiding a patient on their wellness journey, every day is a step towards transforming lives.

What it Takes to be Successful as a Holistic Healthcare Provider * Deep commitment to patient-centered care and holistic health. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients on a personal level. * Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. * A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest in functional and holistic medicine.

The Minimum Requirements to be Considered * Valid license as an NP, MD, PA, or DO. * At least 1 year of experience in functional medicine or holistic care. * Experience with aesthetics (preferred but not required). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Passionate about patient-centered care and wellness. * Collaborative team player with a growth mindset.

What You’ll Need to Learn in the First 90 Days to Excel at This Job * Familiarity with functional medicine protocols and patient assessment techniques. * Training on IV therapy, hormone balancing, and neural therapy. * Mastery of Desert Bloom’s electronic health record system. * Participation in community outreach and wellness workshops. Work Schedule & Location * Flexible scheduling options—full-time or part-time positions available. * On-site position based in beautiful St. George, UT.
