We are looking for an Intake Specialist to join our team, someone who is passionate about helping people and ready to be the first point of contact for potential clients.

Job Description: As an Intake Specialist at Chris Cain Law, you will play a crucial role in our client acquisition process. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls and in-person inquiries from individuals seeking legal assistance. You will need to listen with empathy, gather essential information, and assess the urgency and nature of the client’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage high volumes of inbound calls from potential clients.
• Conduct initial screenings and gather pertinent information from clients regarding their legal issues.
• Follow up on leads generated by our marketing efforts, ensuring timely responses and follow-through.
• Provide a welcoming and compassionate experience for clients, whether on the phone or in person.
• Explain our legal services and process to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of choosing Chris Cain Law.
• Facilitate the completion of service agreements and payment collection from clients.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up activities using MyCase software.
• Work closely with the legal team to ensure a seamless handover of client information.

Qualifications:

• Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, particularly over the phone, is essential. You should be comfortable with selling legal services and converting leads into clients.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. You should be personable, empathetic, and professional in all interactions.
• Organizational Skills: You must be organized, capable of managing multiple tasks, and adept at following up with potential clients in a timely manner.
• Legal Knowledge: While prior experience in a law firm is a plus, a strong interest in the legal field and a willingness to learn is equally valuable.
• Self-Motivated: The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently and take initiative in driving client intake and sales.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems, particularly MyCase, or similar software, is advantageous.
