Curis Functional Health is a group of innovative functional wellness clinics that combines chiropractors, nutritionists, and mental health professionals that focus on providing wellness and patient satisfaction. We currently have multiple clinics and are continually growing and adding more. We are looking for qualified people who are interested in joining an integrated and multidisciplinary team.

As a Front Desk Receptionist and Administrative Assistant, you are the face of the organization. We are seeking people who have a pleasant demeanor, excellent customer service skills, a great attitude, and who are skilled in handling a wide array of duties and competing priorities. Strong communication skills, computer skills, and attention to detail are required. Due to the nature of working in healthcare, maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality are crucial.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

· Greet patients on arrival and handle check-in and check-out functions.

· Collect necessary new patient or updated health forms from patients.

· Answer phones.

· Appointment scheduling, confirmations and follow up on missed appointments.

· Handle insurance verification and follow up on claim submittals if needed.

· Collect payments.

· Prepare for the day’s appointments.

· Assist in scheduling for other services that may be recommended as part of the treatment plan.

· Run balanced daily, weekly and biweekly reports as required.

· Administering of modalities and treatments as outlined in the treatment plan.

· Educate patients on the proper way to complete exercises and use equipment.

· Attend required daily/weekly meetings.

· Complete compliance training.

· Other duties as assigned.

The work week is Monday through Thursday and off Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
